To clear up a couple of questions for those that shop at Scrapaganza, but are interested in The Story Matters Kit Club: (But first, an overview).
The Story Matters, once a "challenge blog" encouraging jouraling, and "telling your story" is now a kit club owned by Scrapaganza. What is a kit club? A kit club is a scrapbooking kit buying club that offers monthly "kits" (collections of coordinating papers and embellishment) to subscribers. Most do offer "one time purchases" of kits, but at a higher price. We aren't doing that. We offer one price $24.99 (plus shipping and handling if not local, or free pick-up if you ARE local). Everyone that purchases a kit is subscribed, but you can cancel any month, by the 20th of the month prior to it's release (and after we show it via a sneak-peek on the 15th.)
FAQ1-Purchase/Subscriptions are via the web... go to The Story Matters on Friday at 10am CST and sign up VIA THE WEB, NOT THE STORE! After you purchase your kit on the website, you CAN, if you choose, pick up the kit at the store.
2-You WILL have a reoccurring subscription, UNLESS you cancel, again, via the website.
3-There will not be a class for The Story Matters, JUST YET. If there is demand, we will have a technique based class each month.
4-If you are subscribed, you will receive the kit each month. If you cancel, but decide you want the next months kit, your renewed subscription is based on availability. Ongoing Subscriptions WILL get a kit. New Subscriptions are first come, first serve.
5-The Story Matters updates and information will be posted on The Story Matters blog-though we will send you that way via this blog from time to time. The Story Matters WILL have it's own website and gallery and message board and challenge, at it's grand opening, planned for May. Watch for store related celebrations.
Be patient on Friday. We are doing a "soft" open of this kit club so we can figure out the bugs.

Just curious. . .can you read your own blog? I just think the black background makes it impossible to read. You have a fabulous store with THE BEST staff. The blog??? not so much. (Not a quality comment--just impossible to read)
Sorry about the difficulty in reading some of the colors. Our blog is done in a font that is easy to read, but that font isn't available for viewing via older versions of Microsoft. Your computer will default to what it thinks would be the most similar.
We will try not to use any darker colors in the future.
We want you to get ALL the latest from Scrapaganza, and will do our best to improve image quality.
